Martial Arts is about more than just self-defense. At North Bay Kenpo, we help our students improve their mind, body, and spirit. Through each stage of development we focus on specific skills for our students.
For our youngest students, we teach focus, motor coordination, and listening skills. For children, we focus discipline, confidence, and respect. Our teens learn goal-setting and achievement, as well as building physical and mental strength. Adults improve stamina, strength, and flexibility while relieving stress.
